Custom Facial Consent For Treatment
Skin by Sylvie's custom facial treatment combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously, resulting in clearer, more beautiful skin with little-to-no downtime. The treatment is soothing, moisturizing, non-invasive and generally non-irritating. As with most procedures, visible results may vary from person to person.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Your skin may experience temporary irritation, tightness, or redness. These are all normal reactions that typically resolve within 72 hours depending on skin sensitivity.
• Your skin may experience post-treatment purging in the week following treatment. This is a normal reaction and we strongly advise that you return to the clinic for post-treatment extractions.
• You may experience tingling and stinging in the treatment area. These sensations generally subside within a few hours.
• Your experience may vary. Some patients may experience a delayed onset of these symptoms. Contact us immediately if any unusual side effects occur or if symptoms worsen over time.
• You will likely see results immediately after treatment and your skin may feel smooth and hydrated for one to four weeks with appropriate home care to maintain treatment results.
•Due to the use of exfoliating acids, your skin will be more susceptible to sunburn/sun damage/hyperpigmentation. Avoid direct sun exposure and use a minimum of SPF 15 sunscreen post-treatment for at least a week when going outside.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $100 fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
